But what we do need to explain is how on-cell technology achieves the kind of fast, thin and strong monitor that is ideal for training environments, point of sale and more.
As you might have guessed, the touch is integrated directly into the display, which means that the sensors are on the top glass layer. This means there is no separate touch layer, as you would see in a thicker, heavier out-cell Projective Capacitive Touch (PCT) screen. So, it is this absence that accounts for the on-cell monitor’s light and thin aspect.
However, the benefits don’t end there. Integrating touch sensors in this way can also improve image quality and brightness, as there’s less space between the touch sensors and the display pixels. This closeness can enhance the clarity and brightness of the screen compared to screens with a touch layer. This proximity to pixels can also create a more sensitive and accurate touch experience.

Our monitor is equipped with a ONCELL Multitouch PCAP up to 10 fingers and a 1.1 mm cover glass, which reliably ensures a long service life.
The built-in TFT panels have a brightness of 250 cd/m², a contrast ratio of 1200:1 and a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels for clear image display.
The generous viewing angles of 85º from all directions ensures optimal visibility.
It has an HDMI/USB C interface and speaker. However, as the monitor is very thin, it can fit neatly in most spaces.
