The keen-eyed among you will have noticed that every couple of months we share news of an addition to our MipiPlus range. Well, it’s a product family that just keeps growing. Why? Because you want it to. And today we’re welcoming the MipiPlus 6.8”.
A wide format (17.27 cm) MIPI DSI display, the MipiPlus 6.8” has a higher speed and greater functionality when compared to the standard RGB or LVDS interfaces.
And it’s even more compact than the existing MipiPlus 7” display, while still offering a very good pixel resolution, with a wide viewing angle that means it can be used in both portrait and landscape mode.
Coupled with high brightness and industrial temperature range, it’s ideal for use outdoors in small size applications, such as door intercoms, secondary displays for vending machines, handheld video appliances and plenty more besides.
It has touch functionality integrated in the module, and the 1.8 mm protective front glass with neutral black border print gives the display an attractive and sleek design. MipiPlus 6.8” can also be directly connected to many modern microcontrollers and microprocessors.
