Thin, light, low power, low brightness, our industrial customers have fully embraced the MipiPlus range for its excellent value and our ability to integrate it into their products seamlessly. So, it will come as no surprise that we are able to offer another new addition to our ever-growing portfolio with a new 5.5” version. It boasts a wide format MIPI DSI display with higher speed and greater functionality when compared to the standard RGB or LVDS interfaces.
Stretched displays are readily available in a wide variety of standard sizes (from sizes 23.6” to 58.4”), but our customers frequently require them to be tailored to the specific needs of their applications. So, when size matters, the flexibility of TARTAN, part of the AUO Display Plus series family, could be just what you need. The series uses Hi TNI LCD, which is resistant to temperature-induced image distortion. It also offers various brightness options of up to 2500 nits, giving great visibility even in bright sunlight and circular polarizers with low reflection give sharp images, even viewed through sunglasses.
Capacitive sensors are great – highly reliable and have a wide range of functions. But in the medical world there are some very particular requirements around the service life of such sensitive sensor technologies. In particular, EMC requirements require that no ghost touches are generated in an irradiation of 28V/m in some frequency ranges. Of course, our new touch controller means this is no longer an issue and the big challenge is to avoid ghost touches in high frequency surgery devices. To address this, we have designed a highly robust touch solution that passes all necessary EMI/EMC tests and will eventually even block ghost touches from any nearby high frequency surgery devices or their cables.
The MSC OSM-SF-IMX91 is based on the new OSM 1.1 standard (Size-S) “Small” for completely machine processible low-cost embedded computer modules during soldering, assembly and testing. Highly scalable and equipped with i.MX 91 Applications Processors manufactured by NXP.
The processor integrates an Arm Cortex-A55 core, bringing performance and energy efficiency to Linux-based edge applications and delivers advanced security with integrated EdgeLock secure enclave for cost-effective headless solutions at the edge.

After ten years, Intel recently announced that they were stopping direct investment in their Next Unit of Compute (NUC) product line.
Although 10 million of these Mini PCs have shipped in the last 10 years, we’ve got some great alternatives for you.
